Es-star.com shall not be liable for costs incurred by any person to obtain professional advice relating to these terms and conditions.

In the event that any term or condition, detailed herein is found unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such term(s) or condition(s) or claim(s) shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions. The remaining terms and conditions shall remain enforceable and applicable. If an issue arises that is not included in these terms and conditions a new term and condition will be added to this document by Es-star.com and the new term and conditions will be enforceable and applicable to the issue raised.

Es-star.com reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to at any time without prior notice or justification, change these terms and conditions, content and/or services from this website or any other site or store selling this product.

International wholesale orders under $300 attract an additional postage charge of $20. The GST paid on order over this goes towards overseas postage costs, hence the postage is still only $11.

CLAIMS (ONLY for defective, or incorrect merchandise):

If Merchandise is defective, stained, or otherwise damaged in any way, we will promptly replace the merchandise with an identical replacement item. If the merchandise was incorrect, and not what was indicated on your order or our invoice, then we will promptly send the correct item upon receiving the incorrect delivery.
Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw or stain.
Shipping will be reimbursed for defective merchandise only.
Additional items cannot be shipped with exchanges, but must be placed as a new order.

RETURNS, Customer Initiated Returns (for unwanted merchandise):

Customer-initiated returns, are returns made because the customer does not want the item for ANY reason, including "doesn't fit", "didn't like it" or "not what was expected".
Returned items MUST NOT be worn. They must be in new condition, and able to be resold. Items returned that are not able to be resold will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
ALL customer-initiated returns including items ordered as samples will be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee is $10 per item and return postage is $9.

The shipping cost to return the item(s) to us is the customer's responsibility. - We recommend that items are shipped in a way that can be tracked.

Credit will be issued after the items are received, and inspected to ensure the items are in new, in new condition & are able to be resold. (This may take as long as 2 weeks after we receive the item(s)) Credit must be used within 7 days.

We will try to answer any pre-order questions that you might have to insure that you will be happy with your purchase. We discourage customers from ordering items to "try on" or "see if I like it" because the restocking fees and shipping charges often make it impractical for smaller orders to be returned.

Warranty replacements

Es-star.com 18 Carat gold Layered &   filled products are guaranteed not to tarnish , discolour or fade.
If an issue arises with your item(s) simply return the item along with a $5 note (p/h charge) copy of invoice and guarantee slip (as this will not be returned)

We will replace the item, no questions asked. Please do not lose your guarantee slip and invoice as this is your proof of purchase. Es-star.com cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.

A warranty replacement will be accepted no more than two times per customer. If the item is returned more than two times it is will granted that the buyer is allergic to nickel and/or has acidic skin. In this case the warranty will become void.
Note: anyone with acidic skin can wear a solid gold piece to an unwearable condition after three years if the item/s is worn daily.
